Its better to get them out of the way first, then do what ever i want after. yaya I finally got knees down a few days ago, i need to practice more! i find it harder with the right knee though.

If you cant get your knee down its because your going to slow!

First of all get used to riding with the tips of your toes on the foot pegs, when you go around a left hand corner (at speed) position your head over the left handle bars and turn your head left and look up around the corner (dont look down in front of you) and the left side of the seat should be in the middle of your back side (sort of) and left tip of your boot on the foot peg knee out and leaning over.

The best place to learn this is on the track.
There is a combination of body positions that must be in place before it all comes together, with out them all working together it doesnt work..
    anyway see how you go..

an advantage of hanging off the side of your bike, especially when you don't need to, is that if the corner suddenly tightens you can always lay the bike over further very quickly and easily to make the corner.

on blind roads you don't know well, it's an invaluable skill

dont worri chrislost, with time and experience you'll get there

the first step is to increase you're confidence.....i see that you are a learner rider...maybe you should go out on some rides and see how you go...

take you're time and you'll be getting your knee down soon enough
