If any of you guys are still online and reading this thread........ I was riding up that road yesterday (Saturday)

Take it easy up SH16........ a hell of a lot of road works have been happening up there.

Lots of sign posts to slow down (50km) along the way .

Some road works 3/4 across the lane.... some on the other side of the road and some right across the whole width of the road.

I did come across some road workers holding the STOP/GO sign.

So be careful on the loose metal.

Yup, pedal and get the crap shaken outta ya! I love it. Most of the guys I ride with (and most of the bikes out there these days) are full sus so I have to pick my lines and get a good float on. Took a guy on a race bike to school today! He just snobbed me and pushed past at the gate as I took off so I just sat on his tail down the last section and he couldn't shake me, I was giving the friendly heckle all the way down. Like, comeon, you better beat me on that thing, cost him $6 large for the bike before the mods and he admitted he was trying to lose me but couldn't, offered me a drink at the carpark and thought it was crazy getting smoked by a heavy-ass BMX.

You'd rather ride your BMX than the Hyosung... Come on man!

I like all my bikes. Can't ride the Ho-bag up ladders and over see-saws balanced up in pine trees a!
