    geezzzz bonez that ride sounded interesting with the lightening n all


    had a great ride on a borrowed bike for the cheesecutter ride (got to try out a sports tourer .. that was intersting) .. good to see ya again sarge & a few other lurkers in the kapiti area .. we hope to see you out on some manawatu rides soon

    good to see the hawkes bay crowd as well ... will be seeing you guys soon for sure

    Certainly afraid of a cb750 mite have to get a new bike to keep up.

    Well to cut a long story short it was wet down there.....................thats it.





    Heh, it was a successful day I think, the aim of the day was achieved.
    I bloddy near lost the front of the ace in a front end wash out on the way down the takas! Thank Mr Michelin for forgiving tyres I reckon.

    hmmm wet until we left Paramata .. rest of the day was dry .. thank gawd

    Yeah i'm tired and i'm generalizing to a degree.

    I was'nt even pushing it that much, trying a new suspension setting at the moment and it might need a little refinement

    yeah I like forgiving tyres.... Just wish the wallet was as forgiving when it comes time for new ones lol

    Probably just one of the zillion smooth patches on the 'takas was the cause John.

    only a lil refinement huh was a pretty damn impressive site from near the back looking at a damn long line of bikes ..

    it was a great wee ride .. sighs can not wait to get my bike back though ...

    Tell me about it, I think I might park the bike for a week or two so the bloody Visa can recoup a bit I think.
