Na it was easy to ride on, very well packed, just that my tyres were hot and it was picking the stones up and throwing them right at the radiator happens at roadworks as well. Bit of a problem when you got a big radiator right behind the fron wheel

Better get that Rad guard on then...

PS: got 368kms out of a tank yesterday. Put 21L in to fill it afterwards - had to squeeze it in though.

Way to go My rad gaurd turned up today so ill pick it up and put it on on Saturday, new tyres on Monday Gonna try the Storms.

Cool, maybe I'll try the Pirelli's and that way we are getting some info on 2 types at once. Keep track of ya k's etc and we can compare...

hey banditrider ive ran stradas, before front and back ,the front lasted me 11,000kms+ and the rear about 10,000kms+ if your interested in their milage length

Cheers, might be a different story on a fat bike. If they last that long I'd probably be pretty happy.

yea thats true .only downside is that they are renowned for being very easily punctured and from my own experience id have to agree a ,might be bad luck but mine were punctured first day i got them lol but hey otherwise they are awsome tyres

Normally on group rides they pull in say hi before riding off again ... however will leave it to the ride organiser to let ya know wots happening

I will stick my hand up for this. I know Warr is interested, and if a few Waikato crew get sorted over a few drinks Fri night, we should be able to meet up in Stratford or maybe catch the NP crew at the intersection.

lol cool ok make sure im their a little earlier just in case your gunning it ,or roads are clear etc.Will bring the camera for definite so we can get some good pictures up on the ride report.
