    Meh, even two-up I'd only need a stop at Oamaru (just to be the safe side) after leaving Dunners - but I think CB would like a rest-stop (tea?) at Timaru too.

    Damn it I thought it is further, but the GPS says from my place to yours is only 77km... The sporty probably had a bigger range than my old XJ special

    Anyway hope you get your other ride the T-Sport fixed and back on the road for the ride up

    I would start a seperate thread titled "help wanted urgently" or similar speedy,if you get really stuck my tents got 2 parts and if you have a sleeping bag your welcome to the other part although not a good idea as i plan on getting pissed and when i do i snore something shocking.
