    Bumble, and Mr Rozza.

Went for another back road ride with Kanny and the groovy Bumble.
Out the back of Glen Massey, I spied a patrol car just near the school., and like the fine officer was expected to do, started trailing wee Bumble for a k or two.
Next moment the lights are on, for a second, I secretly hoped Karen would open the mighty Volty up, but obviously that would be naughty so common sence prevailed, and we both pulled over.
Mr Rozza just wanted to make sure Kanny was riding inside her license conditions (the L plate tweaked his interest). And he thought the Volty looked like a bigger cruiser. But once all was found to be correct, we were on our way again.
Turned back towards Te Uku, and then out to Bridal Veil Falls for a look. A nice ride back over the deviation and home for lunch.
But the highlight was Mr Rozza for sure.
Those Volty riders sure do draw the heat.

She should have done a runner. I've heard that they call chases off over 105 km/h

Very funny Rosie! I've had my Volty up to 109 on the motorway and if I'd had another gear I'm sure I could have gone faster!

Triboy, I always get a laugh out of your reports of Kanny and Bumble and their antics. I have to admit the subject line of this one scared me, but I'm glad to see Kanny and Bumble escaped another adventure unscathed.

I'm yet to hear of anyone getting ticketed for riding at 71-110km/h while displaying an L plate and following all the other licence conditions.
I rode at 100-ish with my L plate for the majority of the time I was on my learners and saw the odd police car out and about, and they never took any notice.
