    What a great day!

It was really good to see so many turn out for this one. Some faces we have not seen in ages and some new faces along as well!

Lovely relaxing day out in the sunshine, though I understand that a few got a bit wet on the way up here.

Hope your neck is not too sore QKKID, that helmet sure looks heavy

    Have a great Xmas everyone.

Found it difficult to get past DMNTD leaving Puhoi, legs going everywhere, blocking tactics and a red Hyosung on his left wing didnt help either, he used that to his advantage very well....the crown has been handed over...

What a fantastic day guys, much bling for Maha and Mom, you guys rock. I enjoyed having such a good block of time to catch up with everyone, maybe it was a good thing it took so long for lunch to be served and no Steve, I didnt find any fly poo in my sandwich
I met some awesome new faces today, great to have a big chat with 007XX and hubby, and brilliant catch up with all those who have become good friends, motorcycling has definitely enriched my life these past couple of years. Thanks Lava for sticking with me and Stirts on the way down from Whangarei, support like that means so much. And I most definitely enjoyed the little blast from Mangawhai back to the main road on the way down to Puhoi, G you is mean girl on that repsol, Blackbird2 brilliant and stealth as usual, and there was this KTM that flashed by as well. Also cool to see the cruisers, well done guys great to have you along. All in all another excellent successfully organised KB ride.
Hope everyone got home safe and sound

Perfection is not something you should ever attain, but something to always strive for. For if we actually achieve our idea of perfection, is it then any longer perfect?

    Thumbs up Great Day Out

The other half and I had a great day, another well cool Maha ride, they are always great, nice run back thru 16 and Peak rd with old guy...cheers John, the Buell is sure looking good.....must resist temptation......oh right I have a ducati...........hmmmm just spent an hour checking it over and cleaning , topping oil, adjusting and lubing chain, draining carbs,.....you probably just have to turn off the key and walk inside.......must resist......

Good to see the repsol made it there without falling apart eh Gina, I make you pay long time

Cruel to let me ride it yesterday and make me realise I am still too immature for 1000 cc superbikes

How many ruddy traffic cops do you have up there in the norf anyway? I lost count on the way back but it was at least one on the way back to SH1 (Hecla saved my bacon on that one), two, maybe three outside Wellsford, two at least on SH16, one in Kaucop, one on Peak Rd and one on Old North.

The buggers are out of control, you need to do something about them, it spoils a good ride having Hecla screaming in my ear all the time.

Apart from that a very pleasant afternoon, thanks to all concerned.
