Looking hard I came to one conclusion

    The drivers door was ajar!
Which means a little red emblem was alight on the dash,
So for an Observant Person, as a police officer should be, that should have been seen within the first 100m and rectified.
So if she could not see what the dash was saying to her, well........
To be old and wise, first you must be young and stupid.

    you decide....
So how does the use of a camera make you pay attention to the task at hand? When I sit in the right front seat of a moving vehicle seat I'm driving.
I'll take this back if the car it was taken from is a left hand drive.

So if you were driving but also operating a cell phone camera at the same time, how much attention were you paying to the task at hand?

i take it you guys have never:

    adjusted your stereo while driving
    opened/closed the window while driving
    had a conversation while driving
looked out a side window while driving
eaten or drunk anything while driving
    etc
    etc
    etc

thats about how simple it is to take a photo on my phone

In regards to the following distance, maybe she was inconspiciously observing the vehicle in front of her?

Completely agree...incidentally though, I dated an inspector a few years ago, and everytime he would drive me somewhere (nice Commodore ), he would be driving worse than anybody else...I even told him that he was more dangerous than the people he was so intent on catching.

To which he replied he didn't do traffic duties anymore...smartarse!

Aha! She's tailgating like a motorcyclist!
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?
