Don't think thats a good idea Cowboyz. If you make it look like its semi permanent some homeless people might think its a block of flats and move into one of the panniers.

If Meanie parks alongside they'll think a new housing estate is going up. But they wont be able to figure out why both units are number 14 in the street.

Dunno how I missed this.
