hmm kinda route I had in mind & pick up riders on the way back roads to shannon .. pick up riders (incl me) then Palmy across to feilding & marton .. nice we back road to turakina .. then drag up to wangas .. or can go via fordell into wangas ..

do you want to see a map of the route ? has a bit of mixture of twisties & way less boring than the direct route for sure

I would have loved to do the ride with you all but Nasty and I are officials at the meeting and so have to be there early in the morning. We're having to go late on Chrissy day - see you all there.

I have spoken to a few peeps, and while back roads will be more fun, I'm mindful that we want to get to Wangas before lunchtime.

Here is another propsal - what do you think Chanceyy, HornetBoy et al?

    shannon to fielding via awahuri

    then fielding to halcombe-kakariki-sh1

    right through crofton-marton-bonny glenn

    bonny glenn-turakina -wanganui
