Hey thats great, I reckon that there are loads of dudes and dudess who would love a ride out Christmas day to blow the cobwebs away.

I am taking my car though as I want to ahve a bigger tent for the 5 days I am there, take my boom box and a few CD's (including the "Best of Christmas CD), and seriously am going to take a christmas tree and stick it outside my tent, how cool and groovy would that be eh.

Well, CB & I 'Thunderbirded' our way to Millers Flat on Xmas night, tried to get hold of Woodybee but bad cell-phone coverage so TXTs didn't go through.

Next day we headed to the rodeo, met Wb there then while walking back to the 'bird to get CBs sunnie who should come along but Xknuts on the Custard Square, while yarning with him wouldn't ya know it - ANOTHER '66 Thunderbird Town Landau (wot their full name is) coloured red appears!!

After getting Wb to come over and join us Xknuts had to head away so CB, Wb, a KB lurker and I watched the rodeo between showers (which were actually not THAT bad)

Next day (yesterday) CB and I headed back to Riviera of the South via Moa Flat, Kelso, Tapanui, Waipahi and Clinton.

And that folks was my Christmas break.

So tell me SD - heres a very deep cultural question for you - is it considered appropriate to wear Harley Tassles whilst cruising in the T'bird????
