I'll be keen if your leaving early on sat , tis a bit of riding , and wood stock is a socialable place to be on the sat afternoon, not to mention getting a reasonable tent site........ What kinda kick off time ya thinking of?? Was tossing up the idea of whipping over to reefton on the friday nite otherwise. the lower buller and the 100km from westport to grey along the coast is pretty hard to beat
Well this is getting closer and closer ever so fast nowso its about time this thread came back to the front page again (
hopefully this is not to early for every body this time
?)
As i am on holidayat this time I am looking at doing this as above ride on the Friday day, most likely staying at the site on friday night but open to ideas

Looks like my brother and I will be a starter for this one now. So what time do people tend to aim get there? Does much happen on the Friday or is arriving Sat ok? I am working out trip time and ferry timetables so any info from those who have been before would be good.
Oh, and what about the site facilities - any comments?
Experience......something you get just after you needed it
Watchoo talkin' 'bout Willis???
Anyway, CB and I are intending leaving the Riviera on the Friday lunchtime (CBs work commitments) and cruise up to Haast that night then onto the rally site on the Saturday morning...
IF it's really wet we might go 'up the middle' and over the hill at Arthurs.
