Im flying up to meet a mate in wellington on tuesday, renting a new commodore and road tripping it up to auckland

who are the bands/people you most want to see?
for me my must see's are Rage Against The Machine(Fuck yeah wanted to see them live since i was 14!), Supergroove, Anti-flag, Unkle and the Mint chicks, dizzee rascal, krafty cuts etc

Bring water. At woodstock 99 water cost more than beer, dunno what it's like for BDO. But dont dehydrate.

I'll bet there, gonna be great. Shall be my 8th one.

Look for Enter Shikari too. Good band.

Bring sunscreen, money, a unopened water bottle. You get free refills inside.

Plan what bands you want to see, otherwise you'll end up missing out.

Let me know if you wanna meet up beforehand, gotta pick up some mates at the airport if you wanna follow us into the stadium.

Unfortunately (for me anyway) it's a bit of an indie-fest this year.

Yep, loads of water, sunblock, a hat and your boggying shoes. Don't expect to get drunk unless you can smuggle your own in (stupid long ques) and go to the toilets about half an hour before you actually need to go. Have fun!!!
I'm looking at going to this

They're not bad. But unfortunately, as far as I'm aware of, they are crap live.

Get a water bottle, knife under the seal and cut off the part of the lid that grabs onto the bottle while keeping the perforated part intact.

    fill with vodka.

paper cups + couple cans of red bull = wings.

    sssshhhhhh!

Or take a picnic hamper with some food, including a chicken with a bottle of spirits stuffed inside. But don't tell anyone that one...
