    Post Track Day Maintenance

    K7 GSX-R750

    Any suggestions re post track day maintenance?

    What things should I pay particular attention to?

    pretty much what thems two said. Those engines are made to be revved out and given shit on occasion, check the oil and keep riding

    Re-adjust your tyre pressures, assuming your changed them for the track of course.

    if you bounced the limiter the odd time, then may be check/change the oil, especially if you didn't do it before the track day.
    if you hammered the brakes, check the wear and fluid.
    If you hammered the tyres, check the wear and pressure.
    if you rode it like you did any other 'good wknd ride', then just do what you always do..

    Thanks.
    Oil/filter changed two days before track day.
    Need new front brake pads.
    New tyres last week (M3's)
