    New Arais

These are a few months away from the shops, just got the pics through from the factory.

    'On the way'.

Few new viper designs and the Tour X 3 now comes in 'long way down' graphics.

Ooooo I like the look of the Long Way Blue. Whats the RRP going to be set at Dave? Would make an excellent helmet for Adventure Riding....

Not sure - soon as I find out....

They are 'Tour X3' if you have a google.

I'm wearing an Aluminum pearl Tour X most at the moment.

Not the quietest or most draft free - but dayam its a beautiful thing.

    Shoei Hornet

I was talking to a Shoei dealer in Melbourne recently and at a recent Shoei dealer event they presented a variety of helmets to dealers asking which ones they would be interested in getting an acceptable Australian approval grade for to allow sale in Aus. Not sure if that means ADR or Snell or what.

Apparently the dealers voted strongly for the Shoei equivalent, the Hornet, to be brought in and are hopeful it will be available there in 6 months.

its funny, I have Shoei helmets. I went with a wodge of money to try on Arai, and none of the ones I tried fitted. So I stuck with Shoei. If my plans regarding the adventure bike pan out I might be in the market yet for a helmet like this.

It's a dirt helmet with a visor, so yes they do. Mine's great and does the job I want it to do but I'll wear a conventional road helmet for a long trip that doesn't involve gravel, forest etc.

We all need more time on the rowing machine.

200kph looking up is a doddle after 3 months.
