Cheers guys, I'm going to bunk away from work for the arvo & go have a ride.

Just got the news that my pipe kits for my project bike will be shipped today, my programmable ignition turned up the day before, the wife got me the Paris Dakar Boorman book & has something bigger showing up later in the post, no idea yet, but it's one of those '0' birthdays (I think I'm 20) so it will probably be a goodie.
Work got me a new cellphone (unrelated, service plan upgrade) & a sidestand spring just showed up for the GasGas. Hey hold on so did the trick Thermostat for the projectbike.

Gee it's like Christmas, even if I did have to buy most of it myself.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.

    Have a good 'un Dave.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

    Happy birthday

At least buying stuff yourself means you get what you want, and you don't owe anyone anything in return (i.e. sexual favours, having to be nice, etc, etc).

Have a good ride. The weather is oarsome in Wellington this afternoon.

40 eh? I remember that other "0" birthday that you think you are. I think you were happy with an Iron Maiden t-shirt back then.

Have a brilliant day and try to put the thoughts of imminent death out of your mind. Oh, and don't forget to trim your eyebrows more often now. They go pubic surprisingly quickly once you hit 40.
