I went to pick up my old bike today so as I could do this ride but for a clutch issue it was'nt available before closing time so I ended up with a Suzuki GSR 600, lets just say i'll be taking it back on monday I think but at the very least I wont be using it for this ride...
Must say a big thanks to Phil Turnbull's for lending it too me anyway.

    A Welly Possie?

Will see if this thread drums up any interest. In typical best-manners Welly mode, we are of course inviting ourselves.

Unfortunately something's come up, and it looks like I'm not going to make the ride on Wednesday. Have fun, and I hope the weather's good on the day!

For starters i'm bigger than the bike is, because it's such a soft up for a guy my weight the bike weaves like crazy which make it a pain in the arse to place in corners properly, it's got no connection in the front end.
All these and a couple more issues and I find myself becoming aggravated when I ride it on the open road....
I know i'm sounding like a petulant spoiled brat and yeah....that sounds about right..

Edit: Just incase people think i'm sour about it, i'm not, the GSR 600 is a good bike im sure but not for me (i'm way too heavy for it and miss matched tyres would'nt be helping things either) and I really do appreciate Phil Turnbull Motorcycles making it available to me (they did'nt have to) coz you know I could have ended up with a Volty....
