Awesome ride to welcome our newbies!
Feel free to pass me, guys. I'm slower than you lot in the twisties and I promise I won't be offended!
That is a great piece of road isn't it? All it needs now is a cafe!

    Can't do mid-week unfortunately.

Hey, I used to own a 1981 Katana 650 about twelve years ago. It was one funky motorcycle. Yours in decent running condition?

Thanks for a great yesterday. They are nice roads but no coffee shop up there. You can play in the snow in the if that helps. We will incorporate one in the next ride. It was a bit of a " spot the old locals" They all had water bottles.

I am not likely to make next weeks ride. With Paeroa and art deco and all. So much on.

Best get the bike checked over for the ride today. See you all in town at 9.30ish.

Cheers and good to catch up with you all. Have a good day in doors Ascot Blood nice to catch up yesterday mate.

Probably no ride for me next week either. Still have room for 2 in the cage to Paeroa...
Have decided not to do Taupo today. Will instead look after the ladies
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Aye Tony. What a great day mate. Thanks for the invitation to ride. It was a very pleasant pace. Not too fast and not slow. Spot on by my books. The company was great and the road was superb. Not a single goat or pheasant on it. A truly awesome day.

I got the learn from the R1 today. Again...... I wish I had the camera thingy on the bike. Rob powered past me on the sprint to the top of the devils elbow. the poor little Gixxer was working hard but no match for the power of the R1. I loved the black line you painted. The Pilot road 2 are a great tyre but I don't think I will get the mileage out of it you will MSTRS. It looks a bit raggy already and it has only done two rides. They stick like shit to a blanket and give good feel back to the rider. Still have the Pilot sport on the front. I like it.

If Rob can give me the learn on the same tyre I recon I can live with it. Go the PR2

    What a great day......................

Harley when? SV every day and fast........... and cheap to run

Yea thanks Tony for inviting us out. It was a blast and i really injoyed it. Good riders those guys and set a really good pace.

Warwick you are riding the SV really well. Nice bike.

I will get the cam out at some stage. I will have to find a new place to mount it as i have been putting it where the detector is mounted. We will have a look where it can be mounted on the gixxer as well. Oh and the SV
Tis a Yamahahahaha G. Just thrash it like you stole it. Gixxer 4 ever
It really did look very unloved. Specially as it was next to the R1 that the whole crowd wanted to look at. Gixxer 4 ever
