What year is my CR250?

I have a '98ish CR250R and im trying to find out what year it is so i can buy parts for it, the problem is neither the frame code nor the engine code match the ranges listed in the service manual. My frame code is ME03-1920095 and my engine number is ME03E 1920056. Please Help.

Get hold of your local Honda Dealer, they should have whats known as Model Reconition Manual(s) that they can refer to & tell you what you've got - be it an Import or N.Z new bike

or look at the brake lines or wheel rims, they will have date codes & the japs buy 'just in time' so will be current to the build.
