Silly question ,are the gas stations open at either carterton or martinbough at 7-730am as I will require topping up,the tl's a thirsty beast at full blast .

There will be two or three spectator points - $5 gets you a van ride to these spots all day.

Can you take high res shots ? I may need a few for Bike Rider Magazine article.
I'd be happy to share some photos. I will have a Canon DSLR with me.

One last question, if I get there after the start is there still a way to get to the spectator spots or will the racing go on non stop? I'll be leaving from Welli and I am awful when it comes to navigation so no clue when I can actually get there.

Anyone else leaving from wellington on sunday morning (on a bike) and doesn't mind a learner on a 250cc trying to keep up with them?

There will be a van taking people up and down the track during the day.

Gutted ....... Bike is still in dealer awaiting new chain and sprocket (They weren't able to squeeze it in between jobs so my fault), I've done track days, reading Keith code books, practicing learnt technique solely for this event ...... No f n bike.

Edit, Dealer came through and had new chain and spocket fitted when picked up .... Brillant !

I'll be riding over early sunday morning. Leaving from Upper Hutt. Depending on which bike I take, will dictate what my pace will be...in saying that the bigger one of the two is only 250 If your keen send me a PM. Probably won't be back online till after todays races though.
