    I already walk for an hour a day. It kills my knees and my achilles. As does skipping and anyway, I am on the top flat and I dont think the guy below me needs to hear a miniature walrus jumping up and down at 5.30am.....

    +1. I've got one that I set up on the veranda so I can train and babysit at the same time...they're not as quiet as a cross trainer, but you can't ride one of them along the bays on a sunny day
