If the lawyer has to pull the lawbook out in front of you as a 'safety blankie' then his legal advice should be questioned, IMO. Bet you would like to have an interesting conversation with said lawyer now aye Calvin, perhaps with the tractor involved along the way somehow?

you no i was keen a, he wouldnt let me do it but boy do they scream when there going down the road on the limiter and i dont have to drop it of till 4 tomorrow so ill post up a photo of gsxr rounding up the cows

On selling does not prevent a vehicle being up for repo, or court impoundment, sucks for the person who has bought the vehicle.

you cant sell after the fact its gone htfu and give them the most thrashed out bike it would be a good advert for suzuki LOOK HOW MUCH OUR BIKES CAN HANDLE

Ah so you have to sell it quickly before its repo'd. Sucks for him then. Yep, you should get a camera and film it all and make an advert. Would be crack up. Maybe see if it can run on cooking oil like a niffty 50 as well? heh. Might not be a good idea wrecking the bike entirely....

Dont confuse repo with impoundment, they are two very different things. Happy to explain in person sometime.

meh repo was the wrong word, thats when ya cant pay for the damn thing so the finance company comes and takes all ya crap! i ment impounded or siezed or whatever lol.

Yep thats right Mark. Repo is about not paying. Impoundment has some odd laws around it, and can be 'managed' if ya know them. Having said that, if you owe money, and your bike is impounded, then the finance company has to bust the bike out of impoundment to uphold their claim, otherwise if they let it slide, they forfeit to the crown also

Shit that would be AWESOME to see! hahaha I can imagine chasing the cows up the race on a gsxr, getting stuck in the electric fence again and all that fun stuff.

None of this would have ever happened had he owned a super high performance hyobag (yellow). Max speed less than 140 if there is a slight hint of wind = no loss of licence at all ever!
