    Got some stink news this morning.
    Friends from the UK rang to say that Doc, whom most of you (& some of the Tga lot too) have met, collapsed & died while out running with a mate.
    We're gutted, needless to say.
    Regardless of our 30odd year age-gap, we all got along superb!
    His was a youthful spirit, with a contagious enthusiasm.
    He was already planning his trip back next year, his 4th; he was going to rail & cycle around NZ this time. Crazy. (in a nice way).
