I'd really love to reset everyones bling count to 0. The fun thing about that is that not one single person would ever be able to send a red or green. They'd all be blue/grey. Now that sort of thing appeals to me lol.

Being realistic (unfortunately) I'd reset to 10, the absolute minimum for handing out green.

I would like to know the precise date and time of the change in advance, if it were to happen

You can still give green rep if you are on zero rep, but have a post count of over 10 - you'd just give much fewer points than with your rep weighting behind you. Course, if you have several thousand posts, you can give more again, so stuff would still happen, just a lot less points being passed back and forth.

It does to some and doesn't to others.

A rep count of 10 is needed before you can give any green/red, no matter what other conditions have been satisfied.

A possible alternative. Another would be Christmas Day, although any day where I'd feel like I'm giving back to the kb community would be great ...... bahahahaha

Should we have a poll on the best date, form a committee or just do it?

Really? The FAQ post on it doesn't seem to think so...
