If converting to premix &/or removing the airbox you may want to put a mainjet or two larger in the carb else it will run lean. Not hard to do, worth the small effort.

Got the plastic ready to go .... just gotta lay the bike down and see what hits the ground.

Converting yes in on the cards ... my mechanicy type dude is sorted that.

Exhaust I think you could say we are looking at expansian chamber type things (no idea myself I just do what i am told)

Expansion chamber will do wonders for an MB100.
Getting the jetting right (ie main jet) may take a little work but shouldn't be too bad.

It is going to be interesting comparing it to my effort (if I have it ready for next weekend).

I am doing the almost minimum to get it running, it doesn't go, no brakes, stuffed chain/sprockets etc etc etc.

It is going to be a rough one

Well having ridden Parker this evening for a quick blat up the road, we don't have brakes either !! !!

That didn't seem to be a problem at the slipway when it was just a little MB100 commuter but now it ... goes! That extra power has given the retardation lever (and test rider) something to think about.

May I point out at this time that Wananbiker and her lover are not the same person. I am allegedly the holder of the latter title I think

erm I might run a tape measure over that later, may need to hack some off the header to get it to rev. However until you lower the gearing & get used to it it probably is ok as is.

where's the muffler? Can't be too loud.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.

That's not really suitable, it must have a muffler, it's the rules. Not hard to add a muffler on the end.

Just trying to think if I have anything. I'll have a dig, but think it is all gone or earmarked.
