I'm a cyclist and I'll give single line riders space.

When in a bunch and they think they own the road, they can go fuck themselves if anyone gets hurt.

And in my opinion, it's the holier than thou pro cyclists who take the most liberties... I don't give a rats ass if they get paid to cycle, it doesn't make them any different when hit by something...

Same as rugby... God complex my ass. They are the same as everyone else. Just have different talents.

    cyclists slow me down.

ride single file and all the problems will be solved. well that bits a bit of a lie, but at least you wont have to go into another lane to avoid them.

and the fact that the dont pay road rego pisses me off somthing cronic.

but rm most cyclists have a car so they pay rego on that lol.

bullshit. if i have to pay rego per vechicle on the road, why don't those lycra wearing homo's have to? its tax evasion.

really my only gripe is the non single file riding(and the dodgy overtaking that ensues), or cyclists taking up the road. if your not fast your last.
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

So what if cyclists slow you down. Whats the hurry. Trucks and campers slow me down. I overtake them and carry on - big deal. I usually have to go into another lane. Do I care - NO.

Why is it when we can overtake trucks taking up the whole lane at 90 with the greatest of ease on a motorbike do people have trouble overtaking pushbikes 2 (or more) abreast traveling at 30.

And as for the rego thing - WTF - would that mean if my kids ride to school I would have to rego their bikes. Or would it mean that a cyclist could ride where they want in the lane (even more than they do now), because they have paid for the right to use the road.

Yep, everybody knows you have to have at least Ultegra 10 speed to be anywhere near serious!!!

Sorry, you must have forgotten to look to see I was taking the pi$$.

The fact is it really doesn't matter what you ride, it is just that you do!

Whether it be cycle, or motorcycle, what brand, size, and how much bling really don't matter to me. I wave to everybody.
Even if I'm on foot i wave... I must look like a nutter sometimes.

    How?
You're not a very good motorcyclist then.
Hell, a 44 tonne truck doesn't hold me up for very long....
And you get held up by a 7kg cycle doing 30 km/hr?
    Please!

They ride whereever they want to as it is.

Its not the cylists on the straights that bother me. its the damn nutters who ride all over the place [in a group] on the tight stuff where you can't see around th blind corner. Trucks and cars travel in a realtivly straight line. cylists ride like bees fly.

try coming to a city, you might just be surprised at how many crazy cyclists they have.

and don't even get me started on the cycleraces.

It is really annoying that sometimes you come around a corner and theres a pushbike in the middle of the lane.
And the ones that expect that because your on a motorbike they dont need to give you room to pass.

It doesn't matter what the road code says, I hate rude, inconsiderate people.
I don't care if they're on a bike, pushbike, car, camper van, towing a trailer, whatever.
Lack of consideration for others on the road is what pisses me off mostly.

Because a cyclist as a seat so far up his arse at that point that he will sue you.

Idiot cyclists really annoy me too.
Here it's mainly the group ride thing.
When I'm out on the pushie I ride alone.

Perhaps this attachment as seen in central London would appease you pedal haters?

I'm able to tick off most of the list on my daily cummunt - what do I win??

Oh, 1400kms of non-contact London town communting over 7 months by the way. Touch wood.
But every journey contains a litany of near misses from inept, ignorant and oblivious drivers. And don't start me on pedestrians!
If we take the KB lynch mob mentality of passing it forward to smaller entities, maybe peds are the ultimate target?!
