Hopefully not too long Am on school holiday, but not entirely sure how long it will take (the chick in the video did it pretty damned fast don't you think?)
Will post the pix no matter how good or bad it looks, but I don't promise to model it.....

It's almost a shame that the main part of the tshirt gets turned upside down or you could turn some of those unshaply man band tshirts into some nice dresses. Good idea in theory but I'd be impressed if it really worked! The hips looked a tad large ..

Well, three hours later tee shirt was turned into dress. After deciding which of my tee's was going to be sacrificed to my dodgy sewing skills it was all on. All stitching was hand done as my sewing machine died a horrible death by dismemberment several months ago, after a long sickness of lack of use. The job would have been soooo much quicker with a machine, but still even hand sewn it's the fastest dress I've ever "made"! The sleeves which become the bust I couldn't quite work out how she did those parts as the vid glossed over that part pretty quickly. (I think she must have attended the Alysson Gofton "Food in a Minute" school of dress making to make hers in 90 seconds ),
    Anyways, pix as promised:

    Looks pretty great!

Hmm... I have a t-shirt in the wardrobe that my ex left here when I kicked him out/broke up with him. Could be put to good use!

If you see my posted pix you'll see that it doesn't end up upside down so your suggestion about type of tees to use would be quite good! As for shaping, you can alter the line of the seams if you really want to, just an extra bit of sewing! If you give it a go, post your pix as well. Cool!

PB, I'm so impressed that I'm looking at all my old T-shirts differently now! I think their days as T-shirts may be numbered...

Well done with the design - the striped sleeves ended up looking great.

cool looking adaptation of a wasted bit of cloth,
my unused tee shirt become polishing rags
I dont think my Butt would look as good in one of those, its a bit saggy
So what can be made from one for a guy?
The sewing is no prob, I can do that
But I would never model it.
    Nice pic princess

Hey, I think you did a great job. Thanks for the photos. I didn't look at the original video because I'm on dial-up, but I bet hers couldn't be better than yours. Well done!

That actually looks really awesome I don't think I have any tees I want to cut up though .. may have to go on a scout in the second hand shops! If I give it a go, I'll definitely put the pics up
