The same shop I got my new ER6F from, with unbelievable service. Which I then took back a week later for my 1,000km service and had a Givi set up installed, all the while having a 2006 Kawasaki z750 as a loan bike while they gave mine the royal treatment, being called up and popping over today to see it ready to be ridden with a better Givi set up than actually agreed on, as well as my father also being bewildered at their unbelievable service....

Well, I guess the 1 negative can shatter 100 positives, how sad. I could talk this shop up until the cows come home, that would go for every single person I know who has shopped there/bought their bike from there.

i think its fair enough to be pissed off when you get fucked around like this. as he said earlier most of this happened after he picked up the bike and the biggest problem was the lack of follow up. is it really that hard to make a phone call. this has happened to me recently and after chasing the shop myself about five time i gave up as i was feeling like a c**t.
best thing you can do is let it go and spend your money elsewhere

As I said they came recommended to me by another biker mate of mine, who had exceptional service from them.
I am only stating my experience with them nothing else. As i understand it most people have awesome service there. I however have found my treatment to be off. The unfortunate thing is that it has put me off the store. I will no longer shop there, or have my bike serviced there.
I would expect no different from any customer that i dealt with that had a problem with my service.

    Evenign brother,

Glad to hear you got a new bike!

Shame about the service though.. I mean this shit happens. I'm not too happy with Wild West Honda for pretty much the exact same reasons but am very happy with Cycletreads because they got back to me pretty much instantly.

Though i've also heard Mt Eden motorcycles have excellent service, maybe they were just having a bit of an off week, or two..

There's more bike stores in the sea..

FOR SALE: '88 Yamaha FZX 750, low k's and decent condition. Looking for around 4.5K. Drop us a pm, view it any time. Oh, and trades considered for cruisers or naked sporties.

Did you tell them their service was shit? And then ask them what they were going to do about it?

Or did you sit on it and go quiet in which case how are they supposed to know their service is shit?

If the service is shit tell them up front and give them a chance to fix it. More people need to come forward and say at the time they are recieving a shit service that this is shit service, instead of whingeing about it later.

Well that was my six penneth worth of shit Hope you get great service in the future.
