My bike doesn't leak oil; it marks its territory.

Its always a good ride to Tiko, even better as its right on my door step as such.

Was going to ride yesterday, but a job round here turned into a major so the day was history.
Nevermind, am riding today on our monthly Triumph ride today, all makes welcome of course.
Think we're heading south today, leaving Breakers Napier 10am.

Unfortunately my Sunday was spent hunting for a house. Still, plenty of weekend rides still to come eh?

Man I love the Wairoa racetrack......oops I mean road

8 of us went for a blast just past Wairoa to some rundown dump of a bar/cafe just past Frasertown.
Came back to cafe 287 by the river for lunch.

    6 Triumphs, SV1000 and a KTM Superduke.

First time I've seen a Superduke, the guy could ride, left us all for dead.
He pulled a wheelie the length of the straight past the Tutira dairy.
Neat bike, that is if things did'nt keep falling off it. Had to stop twice for things dropping off, including a bolt from the gear shift linkage!

Good fast pace, I took the 600, and kept up with them all no probs.
No wonder some folk rave about 600s, they are lots of fun as long as you keep it in the rev buzz zone. The new Metzelers hung on wicked.

Saw a few bacon, we past one hidden doing about 140, dunno why he never tried to get us.
Maybe we were going too fast for him to get a u-turn in front of us.

The Wairoa rd has to be the best biking rd in the bay.

I have reason to believe that you are a complete noob in comparison to Dooly. That may have something to do with you falling off, whilst he didn't.
In your accident, it wasn't the road...it was you.

Yeah there were a few we passed, mainly cruisers and a few olds sprotsbikes.
The road was superb, no goats, mud, or gravel.

Hey guys, anyone interested in helping out with this?
We could do a HB ride, so that all funds raised here stay here for the Lowe Walker helicopter.
We don't want to organise this, we have enough to do with organising stuff for Zac at the mo, but are prepared to help out if someone else would step in to do the bulk of it....good cause and all, we never know when one of us will need their services.
