plus i'd rather a chain than have some towie just chuck/drag the bike onto the back of his truck

just saw a note on big al's white hornet asking that he not park in the areas marked with the large white triangle at the end of the car parks....you know at the base of the stairs that head up into the science area......must be reserved for those new triangle shaped cars that bmw has come out with.....

    Thumbs down

Ok well here's where I just got ticketed today, can someone please tell me how I'm in the way?

The other photo is where I got ticketed the other day, well a hand written note anyway . Fair enough it is a footpath I guess, but today's ticket?!?!?1

I reckon we do what they say, park in the bicycle racks , now that would be interested haha they're the ones who told us to park there!

I fail to see what's wrong with where you parked today. I parked on the opposite side of the stairs and didn't receive a ticket. :S

dude i was gonna park just in front of your bike when i noticed that you had a "please fuck off" sticker on your seat....i dont see how many cars they could have fit into where you were parked....i think you may have been stickered coz your bike was pretty close to the driver's door but i dunno

was parked there all day and didnt get a sticker so im assuming that they dont mind me parking there....process of elimination, park sumwhere and see if you get a sticker, if not then assume that its alright to park there (sensibly of course)

The stickers had been placed on the white hornet and rob's bike well before you parked where you did, so my guess is they never bothered coming back. Well, at least the pedantic one distributing the stickers didnt.

    yeah she's a nicen you're one bomma
yeah i thought maybe bout the door but there was tonnes of room for him/her to open it.
Wondering if maybe the people they get to put the stickers out don't really know the real specifics of where we can/ can't park cos i've had no trouble there in the past

cheers man when i saw the white hornet i thought it was big al's (dont know if you know him or not) and i texted him about it but yea its bullshit aye, i cant possibly see how parking there could have caused anybody ANY problems AT ALL!!! its hard to imagine any other university treating its students in this manner, especially ones who are helping to ease congestion in the CBD and reduce air pollution

yeah proper bullshit. Nah i don't know big al. apparently they're stickering bikes parked on that island toward the entrance/exit of the carpark which is just nuts. Yeah i think it is fair enough if it's blocking pedestrian access but ..... i'm gonna stop cos i'm just winding myself up.
And yeah it would help if the stickers used were actually for motorbikes n not pushbikes.
