    SV rims wanted

I'm after a set of SV650 rims so I can put wets on them.

Mine is a 2006 but I gather that earlier model rims will still fit ?

Ebay is the only place they go for a reasonable price. Any rims off the injected models will fit. The carbed ones wont fit without mods and also they are illegal as they aren't the OEM part for your model. You could use a carbed rear by just changing the wheel bearings but the front is an different rim and discs.

Like to help you Deano but as you know I sold the ones I had for a price I couldn't resist.

I would recommend tyre levers to anyone I was racing against.

Sorry Frosty K4 rims look nothing like SV rims. They are lighter. And they have different size brake discs. And they have different size bearings as well.

are you talking SV 03 and later or pre 03 ?
Yea the disks are different but Im pretty sure the bearing thing is just spacer length.
