DAMN that is a most impressive bruise you got there!!!

Nice hot bath with epsom salts/radox while sipping on Marguaritas will do the trick nicely for those sore muscles you have my sweet!!!!! Then a looooooooong massage from Craig....with a happy ending of course!!!!!

Looking forward to more pics of the ever changing wonderous colours that bruise will form!

FFS, it does seem to be yellowing though, I think it may have peaked, Its like watching a constellation via the Hubble telescope. wish I could poke it.

Typical Skunk - bet ya all wanna have a poke - JUST TO SEE ME LEAP in the air...mean bastardges!

SO - I just got back from the doctor and it is official...I have the rest of the week off work.

I felt better immediately after (and the next day) than I do today and I feel worse now than I did this morning. Apparently that is normal with the 'not tooo dramatic' 'getting banged around' injuries. My doctor said he would see immediately after an event and he could guarantee they'd be back in two days in more pain than seemed right given how minor the event might've seemed to them.

Damn I don't even have any Tequila
