You'd never get planning approval, or enviromntal clearance to build those now.

When you see them in the "flesh" the Pyramids are so much bigger than you ever realise. But to balance that off the Sphynx is quite small.

Would it fit in the back of a Ute?

    They were built by MTV.

    Direct from Wikipedia:

A spotty 18 yo youth from Atlanta, GA owned a 1974 Coupe De'Ville, faded red in colour. He wrote to MTV - saying "Please MTV - Pimp my ride"

Xbitit came to the house and via cunning questioning discovered that they youth liked Triangles, and stones.

Taking the Coupe to WestCoast Customs - they guys went wide and the pyramids you see in the pic are the result.

A little known fact - if you lift the top of the pyramid, there are 14, 300" sub woofers and 9000 small TV screens.

    and thats true that is.

Well, they don't leak, and they haven't fallen down, so it sure as heck wasn't a New Zealand property developer.

I think it was the apollo 11 crew.

They must have spent that time they didn't spend on flying to the moon on something.

Surely if the moon landings were faked they would have to be a cover-up for something more sinister... A TIME MACHINE.

Evidence would suggest that this project was funded by the illuminatus - perhaps as a marketing stunt, considering their logo. By why would a secret society actively be spending money on PR, and why has this theory not been pursued actively already?
