I've got a 96 Hornet 250 that will help him 'slow down' a little.

Ive got a 98 TLS, it's semi naked

I'd swap mine for a TLR
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded

ummm, don't think he wants another TL,
something with out clipons and fairings will do him.

boob you could always buy it and have both types of TL's,
go on you know you want to...

If he thinks a Z1000 or a GSX1400 is going to slow him down off a TLR, he's got another think coming.

slow down as in feeling the speed when riding,
out for a ride on sunday we swapped bikes
at 200 on the hornet you're hanging on for dear life,
200 on the TLR tucked in behind the screen its to easy,
makes ya want to do it more and more often.

All speed tests conducted on our own private road of course

Exactly why I traded My GS1200ss on a new Hornet 900, stuck behind the screen on the 1200 - 140 -150-160-170- 180 sweet.

Nakeds good for say up to 130 for lengthy spells anything over is a quick squirt and then back to a sensible illegal speed. Most of my time is spent sub 120.

Man you guys are good if ya swapped bikes at 200
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !
