Who has a 08 Ninja 250R in Auckland?

And doesnt mind me coming to have a look at it, Im deciding what bike to get, but would really like to sit on and get a feeling for the position etc of these bikes. I DON'T want to ride it so no worries about that side of thing.
I've already put a fully refundable deposit down on one so at least im in the Que if i like it

Iv tried a Hyo so really just want to compare one of these in the flesh instead of just comparing specs.

none of the auckland stores have one in stock, they are all on back order. (at least none of the ones I have visited this week did)

Sat on one today. Put my name down for the next shipment that has bikes avaliable. It felt very comfy.

the story about the USA is true according to the guy I spoke to, he said that they are snapping them up faster than they can build them and we are just getting the leftovers.

ended up working on the car most of the day so didnt make it out. did they give you a estimate on when that shipment would be in Nordy?
I go told the next shipment was sold out and there was only Red ones in the one after so i put a deposit on one of those, Guy reckoned it would be 5-9 weeks

there is a one in Mt.eden motorcycles. its there for a service and can not be ridden but can be looked at and sat on. me and a friend were looking for a bike for him and he had a wee sit on it. you will have to take your belt off and any scratching objects tho. they are very strict about that. To be honest I'm happy they are so strict.
