    a) Has a competition with his mate Steve **** to see who can take the most licences off motorcyclists in a calender year.

b)Most often chooses to drive a "mufti" car, and upon return from a set of shifts, the brakes need replacing/servicing due to excessive wear.... normally very seldom need replacing (indicating his high speed driving is excessive compared to other HP officers)

    c) Only issues tickets in the 140kph+ bracket as it results in a loss of licence (sometimes vehicle too).

    d) Other HP police have complained that he is not policing the 110 to 140 bracket as this does not suit his loss of licence policy.

    e) Other GD police and HP AND Motorways officers ave expressed their dislike for this man and his tactics he employs.

    f) Has no tolerence for any motorcyclist whatsoever, I have never hear of him issuing a warning ever.

His Name ... Andy C---d, Senior Constable, Strategic Traffic Unit, North Shore Policing Centre.

Surname omitted for lible reasons, PM me for it.

He is the officer in he foreground of breakaways photo

Fair call he got ticketed for it (he had an international lisence at the time, which he was ticked on). Also got a ticket similar to Biggles08 for a relocated perfectly visible number plate.

14 days later same cop (Andy ACD...) pulles him over again. This time recognises him as the guy he ticketed last fortnight and asks for lisence. When questioned with why he was being pulled over as he wasnt speeding here were Andy's exact words " I pull over all motorcycles, they evade the law and don't have lisences or Regos".

Anyway he shows Andy his lisence and Andy says this is an international lisence and I deem it not legal. Here's $400 for it. When protesting Andy said what are you protesting the ticket? would you like another ticket??

4 months later and in court. Andy does not show up. The appointed barrister looks at the non-speeding tickets and has a chuckle. Later on in court the judge books him for the 122 charge and corresponding demerits and fine, but whiffs away the other bs charges.

Tell me this how can someone be charged with not holding a legal lisence, when just 14 days ago it was legal enough to base the ticket on? Is this a matter of convenience?
This is the same guy that took my license for 28 days on a bullshit speeding charge over the bridge - original post here
For those that can't be bothered clicking on the link, the cops withdrew the charge before it got to court.

I had 2 witnesses against this bullshit charge, and would be happy to attest that he is indeed issuing bogus infringement notices in any complaint lodged with the PCA. Orificer no. ACD868 - was in an HP car, and I thought he had brown hair??

Aaaages ago there was a cop that hung out round the Desert road area, and who gave me my first ever ticket, who was a general bastard regarding motorcycles and their use thereof. Over a couple of years he annoyed lots of riders with his exaggeration and sometimes outright lies when ticketing. Note that I am NOT claiming any of us were saints. Anyway eventually he went too far and ended up with a few court cases that did not go well. The result was that he was posted to some little cow town where he spent quite a bit of time at the testing station. Traffic Officer Formosa.

Point of this story - sort out the story and make it official. Don't bitch about it, do something.

Also, I'm pretty sure you can overtake when there are double yellows as long as you don't cross them.

ACD868 once again... was driving through albany in my honda civic...warrented regoed. was driving down the road with a car sitting up my arse and i meant right up it.

Pushing me faster and faster, couldnt exactly stonk the picks as he would have gone right up my arse, and being my only transport i would prefer it had a rear end, i was so busy looking in my mirror that my speed had crept up
i saw about 58 on my speedo, hmm i will back off may be a cop.

moment i tap brake pedal, on came the disco lights, mufti / undercover silver honda accord euro. writes me a ticket for 62kph in a 50 zone.

His job is to enforce the law, but it seems his word is law given stories you guys have told.

Eventually somebody will get sick of his BS and beat him to a pulp.

Does any one want to gather and possibly make some thoughts on the topic(those who have false claims against them)?

For the record, the Exxx numbers are for cops who used to be MoT traffic cops. Other police call them Ernies. I don't know why, but I know they are generally not held in high esteem. The one that cracks me up though is the name given to weigh staton cops. Mermaids because they are cunts with scales.
