Personally, I'd go to Costa Rica or Puerto Rico

If you go to Mexico, be wary about any tap water and ditto for a lot of the other nearby countries

If you want women, go to Columbia

Don't carry a wallet, get one of those waist band things that go under your shirt as pick pockets are abundant

Don't go to Cuba if you are planning to go to USA anytime within when your passport expires as the visa stamp of Cuba will make the USA customs wary and maybe not let you in (has happened before!)
