    Replaced brakes on GT250r

Has anyone replaced the brakes on their GT250r themselves - and if so, where did you buy your pads from?

Im looking at replacing my front pads and hoping to find something better than the stock Hyo pads - not that they are bad.

    Thank you.

I put scintered pads on mine. Good improvement, had it done in Welly though, although, I will change the next set myself seeing as how easy it was.

    Not too expensive either.

Changing pads on any bike (especially a new one with nice clean retaining pins that haven't seized up with corrosion) are mind-numbingly easy, provided you don't own an old Honda with enclosed discs : Follow the manual, use your brain.

Buy pads from any bike shop.
