Well guys, South3rrn Rid3r will soon be more aptly known as C3ntral Rid3r....
The missus got the job in Otaki as their childrens librarian so we will be moving up. Now the hard work begins in getting this house on the market and sold, then buying a house up there. There is already one house we are interested in in Levin, so maybe will put a conditional offer on it.
So I guess I will need to get to know the manawatu and kapiti folks, and also have a few beers here with the local lads to say goodbye...l

yup Douglas st is a fairly quite dead end st .. lived in two houses in that street about 15 yrs ago, its off a fairy main route in Tiro Tiro road but good area only draw back not that far from the lake & if the lake flies are bad you need to keep windows closed .. but really most of levin can be like that at times ..

We'll be back down to Levin next April for the national school mountainbike champs - can bring a whole other kinda biker to visit if you like! Your neighbour's lawns will never look the same .........
