I've got a tap if that's any help......but I'd just go to pitstop or similar and see if they've put a system on something and have the old one that you can raid it from...
Edit: or have I got ya wrong? Do you wanna fit one or do you wanna block it?

Just shoot down to Mitre10 mega, they have an array of nuts and bolts and things, failing that go to somewhere like EDL or another engineering supply outfit. You'll often save big bucks. a cap screw or hex bolt should do it, or if you want it to look pretty get yourself a pretty stainless grub screw and a means of locking it in place, loctite 680 will permanently hold the bugger in there if there's not too much heat involved

Any Dynojet dealer can get one for you... it's a spare part for the Wideband Commander.
