I don't...and have never lost my licence. (touch wood...am on 90 demerits. Funny thing is that 50 of those were from one action in a mrs car...)
We used to do above legal speed rides all the time and never got into any strife. Not to mention that all the bins on rides I have been on have been 'newer' bikers on big group rides. Hence I do not do big rides anymore, and if I do, I pootle along at the back. Nana? Maybe. But I don't have nearly the sort of shit that you guys seem to.
Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.
It takes a big man to cry...and an even bigger man to laugh at that man.
Interesting, up until now you have been spouting the woe is me, the Police man got me and its all his fault. You try and tell me I have issues? Maybe olio is right, was being too generous with the street magic? Skidmark goes south and starts making good with his life. I guess there are plenty dorklanders wanting to tread his mighty jandel? The joke is on the people getting busted doing stupid shit in the first place, then it gets funnier when the said people coming online here and biarching on about it. Fairly lame comeback westie, but they say the truth hurts.
I think you might be right, too much power and stunting ability in one of those, for riders with such a limited intellect.
Those who insist on perfect safety, don't have the balls to live in the real world.
Sorry, I have no sympathy for people who cross double yellow lines at speed and then get fined.
The more you do stupid things and the more the cops will get you for every little thing they can find. You'd be doing the same.
The guys in the Welly region apparently had a nice ride yesterday, and they invited the local force for a chat. Good way to bridge the gap. You could get inspired. The story is there:

What does it have to do with sexuality? This is just taking things pointlessly personal. After all, isn't there a similar myth about people showing off on big bikes?
People who don't try to show off or red line their bike on public roads all the time are not nannas, they are bikers who:
- will live old
- spend their money on their bike rather than on fines
That doesn't prevent you from having fun on your bike, you should try one day. Hell, there are plenty of twisties where you can have fun with much less danger for the rider or other motorists, including the tracks.
Oh, and I'm not an angel, but I choose where and when I speed. And, yes, I 'ride like a nanna' until I become a better rider.

RIDE FOR THE CONDITIONS WHEN THEY CHANGE INCREASE YOUR SPEED
Ok, my apologies, it wasn't clear.
As long as there are riders crossing yellow lines, doing excessive speed or treating dogs like shit, they'll sure get you on everything they can find, including riding with high beam on.
[edit]I meant: 'treating cops like shit', of course. No joke intended.
Its a stupid and a dangerous thing to do. Puts everyone on the road in danger and the law states max speed on the road is 100km/hr. Are you truely that dense that you need all this explained to you??? You pricks all give the rest of Kiwibiker a bad name and its time you all got your bloody shit togther seriously. Its no wonder that KBer has a bad name around the motorcycling public. Its members like those getting busted on this thread doing the stupid shit and those standing up for them on a public forum thats messing it up for the rest of us. Not dipping your light to low beam is just as thoughtless and thinking you should be able to do it shows ignorance and arrogance. Grow a brain mate.![]()

Could you please point me to any post that i have put up that has defended any of the riders that where given tickets on thursday night.
I have know this officer to give out just as many tickets and might i add not only on a thursday night with 2 officers in attendance.
So why did he waste valuable resources buy useing 10 officers. When he had aready gathered his list of offenders.
A miss use of resources is my problem with this situation maybe they should of been sent to south Auckland where they are needed.
I'm not interested in engaging in a converstion about thisso take your frustration out of line where they belong.
