And who makes the decision on how the accident happened, or who was at fault. Many of the crash investigators may as well be qualified in hamburgology. But that doesn't matter, they come up with a half cocked result, which is based on police "facts" (which are proven wrong with gps) etc, so the "fault" is most likely incredibly inaccurate.

This is from a real example, I'm not making it up, enough said.

The only statistics to ever come out that 80% of injuries was the fault of other road users, was when dealing with a small number of specific accidents in Auckland in one particular study.

Of course BRONZ picks up on this and always refers to "80% of ACC claims made by motorcylists were due to a car drivers negligence"... because in their political propaganda campaign, they want sympathy from the general car driving public. They don't want them to realise that motorcyclists are killing/injuring themselves through their own stupidity. BRONZ is about improving motorcycling's image and political rights. Bad press is the last thing they want.

Unfortunately motorcyclists buy into this crap as well and continue to blame everybody else instead of growing a brain themselves... and the carnage continues.

He will blame ACC .charges but hey how about the 12.5 % bl#### GST take,might use that for more cheesecutters do ya think.The percentage spent on motorcycle accidents has decreased because of the increase in bike numbers registered.so this makes the increases more like revenue gatherering geeeze.
