Haven't heard the one pictured, but the can I made and put right underneath the bike is completely hollow, (no perferated pipe through it), and it aint that loud at all.Tidy.

Well....this thread is totally different to what I expected, saw the title and thought it was something to do with those ball gag things...
Anyway, while I'm here - nice work blade, except for the stickers - I agree with the other comments about being too big. Anyone who is interested (i.e. most bikers) will check them out anyway so you don't need anything too big.
A nice stamped badge would look cool IMO, and the website idea is very good too, you could probably get away with something quite simple.
