tannants dont have rights!!! raarrrhh grumble moan.
" yah trick yah "
we have a tenancy agreement, it doesnt say anything in regards to this incident, situation is 5 flats in a complex on top of a carparking building, then the wardens flats on top of our flats.
You rent the space, its your home, he has to give reasonable notice, if he busted into your room thats possibly criminal behaviour, the fact you where home makes it worse...............home invasion, breaking and entering?
report the prick to the tenacy tribunal and to the police
Ive run out of fucks to give
well i had my music a bit loud. she wanted it quieter.
but im pretty sure she has to knock
no, and has a fat baby
Tenanacy Tribunal, they're the ones to go to. Yes, it's against the law. Yes, there is a possibility of being paid compensation, although in this case it's likely to be difficult to get, and a small amount anyway. Yes, ring the TT, and potentially the police depending on how that conversation goes.
If you're just fucked off and want to mess with her, ring the bond office and find out if she has lodged your bond as she is legally required to do. Fine and compensation all round if she hasn't![]()
yeah pretty musch, im just annoyed that she didnt knock basically and just want to know what i have on my side, I wrote them a email saying i was not happy that she came in and they replied saying they want to have a meeting with me tomorrow night, so just wanted to know where i stand
You have a tenancy agreement .. all your rights are on the back .. you signed it I hope you read it.
24/48 hours notice .. is the norm depending on the variables.
Were you caught havin' a masty???
