Mike 748 and I are located out West. There is always a square of carpet here for you, might even manage a comfy couch

. And a space in the garage next to the Duc. Would love to meet you in person!

I'd suggest Stardome observatory in One Tree Hill. Although I've never been there myself, it sounds pretty special. Check out www.stardome.org.nz

Snowplanet? Cart track next door to that also. North of Auckland, on the way to Orewa.

Will keep you in mind.

Grub and I went to snowplanet two weeks ago ... it was fantastic ... not cheap but not too badly priced ... www.snowplanet.co.nz ... if you can find someone with an auckland entertainment book you can get equipment and entries cheaper!

Actually I have one of these! No.1 - PM me and we'll see if we can work out a way for you to use them. Trouble is, you need the card that goes with it....

we didn't need the gold card for those vouchers, the gold card is for the offers at the front of the book in the gold coloured section ....

So everything is pretty much sorted and we will all arrive in Orkalofa on Monday 30th. Rainbows end is timetabled for Saturday the 5th and we make the long journey home on the 6th.

Oh and who do I speak to about getting the rain up there turned off for a week

I cannot wait for two weeks off work....BRING IT ON...Looking forward to meeting some of you guys/gals too...

Great week in akl so far, Homai was a fantastic experience and ...we had some awesome people who welcomed us into their homes which allowed us to leave the rather drab surrounds of the hostel.

Whitetrash, Riff Raff and little Keiran - we enjoyed our visit with you all ...when we FINALLY got there that is! (and I especially enjoyed meeting the lovely RR and the snuggle I stole from the poor wee man too - who could not do anything to resist/avoid me

)

007XX and 007XY - lovely to meet you two in the flesh and we also really enjoyed our time with you guys. Looking forward to Septemeber V

Now we are at Mom and Maha - who have kindly welcome us all into their home for not just one but two nights!!! (may they not live to regret this

)

Anyway - Rainbows End tomorrow and then more boozing tomorrow night and long leisurely drive home on Sunday. Over and out.
