You could always pick up one of the plastic welding kits and give it a go yourself.
Perhaps it would be worth giving a few bike shops a call and see what they recommend.

I used All Bumper Repairs Kilbirnie in 2001 to put my VTR1000 side fairings back together again. Reasonable cost at $250 back then. As said above, they don't do the paint job.

you will most probably have abs plastic easy to repair and strong most plastic fabricators will be able to help you
plastic fabricator/welder here if you need a hand ! will work for beer/bourbon/booze
