In other news, i started the fxr. I'll charge the batt but i think it'll be a lost cause, it was reading 2.8volts, and i think thats why the gauges were going a bit crazy with it idling (constantly resetting due to low voltage perhaps?)

It needs that tank to be sealed once and for all, as its leaking petrol all over the electrics, which is a definate no no

drain it of petrol and we'll have a proper go at sealing it with some proper epoxy

Will 2 weeks be enough? He has had 2 years to fix something but it seems his shed is growing with unfinish projects...not good he even had to resort to parting one of his GN's as he could not fix it up lol

so when's the next night there? i'm keen to come along! me and my soon to have new vtr!!!! in it's sexy red awesomeness! (i was looking around. i believe there's a vtr model out there - prob the big engine ones - with a big, one piece, fairing. it covers teh front and part of teh sides). i figured it's an investment worth looking into. it looks good and by teh time i can afford it (nto sure of price yet tho), i will have hopefully gotten through the "dropping phase" of biking!

you mean the 1000cc vtr firestorm?

good luck fitting that! it'd be WAY too big

    *awww lookie! it made friends!*

(or it's all part of honda's righteous scheme to rid the world of the suzuki infidels - i bet they don't even know it's there, already the gixxer seems to have disappeared)

you don't suppose there's an alternative bikini frame that'd do a similar job to that of the firestorm then do you? all long term stuff tho, obviously. would want to invest time into finding that, a nice belly pan, and a nicer headlight - maybe change it to a double rather than the single big blob... would look a bit nicer i think.

Man the yellow is so cool and stands out from, the rest....yeah screw the Suzuki's....I think it was the pack of TL's following the Honda Just looks like in the film shows where you have the main star riding a nice coloured bike while the baddies all ride black and the same model bikes..and then the Honda takes out all the TL's and kaboom they go and only the honda left..

Talk to just fairings they might be able to custom make you one bikini fairing just it wont be cheap...headlights should be easy to change.
