According to the forecast, Sunday looks great for a ride, Monday and Tuesday look alright too. Unfortunately I won't be able to make Sunday due to work (2PM-10PM).

So will definitely be going somewhere on Mon / Tue! Possibly Hamiltion via 22, or Kaiaua. Unless you guys are going there on Sunday?

Yep, that sounds about right - it's bad enough doing 100kph, but 80kph? I had to leave you guys sorry.

i gotta say I didnt enjoy the 80km/h stuff too but thats what you do for your friends with bold tyres and unworking head and back lights

O and I advice you all to invest in some clear visors for those "getting dark early" winter days

Tyre's aren't bald! There just as useful as a chocolate hammer in the wet
I was trucking along at 80 because every time i sped up to 100 you guys seemed to fall back and I couldn't work out if you wanted me to speed up or not.

and yeah, my own fault on the visor
Wasn't expecting it to rain, get dark, turn into fog and so on.
I owe you big time for helping me out there man, could have taken me hours if you hadn't help me.

Well, looks like I missed an.. eventful ride. Still, I had a pretty interesting weekend myself.

So when's the next one? Obviously not this sunday because it's gonna be bucketing down and after doing the coro loop in the rain once, while a great experiance, is not really something you'd enjoyably repeat.

I'm in with a grin for the next one..
