There is an embed code next to the vid on the you tube page.
simply copy and paste all of it into a message.

to post a youtube video:

1 - find the video you want to post and load it on youtube.
2 - look to the right of the video and you will see a box with a greyed out background.
3 - at the bottom of that box there is a line of code labelled "Embed"
4 - highlight that line of code and copy (crtl-c)
5 - paste (ctrl-v) that code into your message
6 - sit back and smile in the knowledge that you have shared a video you deem worthy to people you feel deserving
