Ohh that's awful!! You've got to ask why the hell??? I'm not sure what I'd do if I caught someone keying my bike...Hey where did you see the rust?, I haven't spotted any, but may not be looking hard enough. Did you get the rear seat cowl? I'm rapt I did, it looks great.

Yeap was not happy. The rust is on one of the nuts on the handle bars and rust on the nuts on the exhaust pipe. Asked the boys at Motorad has been suggest that i clean the nuts then apply CRC.

No i did not get the rear seat cowl. They tried to sell me the exhaust pipe though

I've been thinking bout a new pipe, might be good to put the original back on when it comes to sell her. I'll have a closer look for that rust...thanks for the heads up. Are you keeping to the 4000rev run-in rule?...I'm afraid it's been a little hard to keep to...

I saw one going along Beach Road in Auckland yesterday while waiting for JaymzW to turn up. Great looking bike, didn't realise what it was until it went past (very slowly and carefully which seemed out of charactor for all the Kamakaze (Kawasaki) pilots I know... The rider looked little, and when he/she did the little wave back (I was sitting on scoot), the hand came off the bar for about 0.2 of a second.

Turns out if had a little yellow L plate on the back.

Sigh, young love, aint it grand?

Congrats on the new bike Victoria, you'll have fun.
It’s diametrically opposed to the sanitised existence of the Lemmings around me in the Dilbert Cartoon hell I live in; it’s life at full volume, perfect colour with high resolution and 10,000 watts of amplification.

Naw you need a spray can of fisholene or similar with a tube on it. Squirt all the little suspect spots. Has to be done on the hyosungs too.

    What rubbish.

Misspelling or blanking out swearwords is just silly. If you're gonna use them, use them. If you don't like them, expand your fuckin' vocabulary already.

These folk are still using those words to express themselves, you see, so they don't get any cred in my books. They should either grow some balls and correctly write the words they're using, or find a more creative way to communicate.

    Too fucking right

I generally abhor the intermittent dribbling of "fuck" into otherwise invigorating and worthwhile exchanges.

But if expletives are to be used, I suppose they should be used in their entirety.

True, I have been keeping to that rule and its bloody annoying but i get over that by riding around mackra. Can't go much faster than sixy in most places. As for the rust might crop up when your bike gets wet should only be on the nuts on the exhaust pipe. Got rid of mine yesterday with a scrubbing brush from new world, just need to get somthing to protect it now going to try crc.

Will keep an eye out. Makara's nice, gotta pick a good time though- traffic can be awful on the way out! I've been riding out at Mangaroa in the Hutt Valley, trouble is it's so quiet out there and the roads are pretty good it's hard to keep under the 4k...only got another 600kms to go!

I did mean arseholes. Thank you for correcting my spelling. I will try to be more diligent so as too not require you to bring it to my attention again.
